In short, Uber has a perception problem. They often struggle to shed their yuppy, black car origins and be seen as a viable public transportation alternative for all socioeconomic classes. BRINK was brought in as a part of the Uber public policy team to develop a creative digital campaign targeted to New York City policymakers.
